When I was working in financial field , I used to meet so many people who are of different professions and needs. The ace point that I used was just praising them with reference to their speech to me. The formula worked in worst situations and had escape from many troubles. My doings were just satisfying the needs of their ego. Even if a false wish can do that. For eg: 'I appreciate your efforts', ' I am thankfull...' etc .
But Nowadays I am not in front office job . Hence I have started imbibing the surrounding problems in my charachter. I have started quarelling with my close. Most of the times when they question me on my ethics.
It concludes that even I have a need to satisfy my ego at times. Infact being this status good or bad is another debate.
